Sheila Connett

Sheila Connett is a freelance graphic designer with over 30 years experience. She graduated from Rhode Island School of Design and has worked for both advertising agencies and multimedia companies.

Her focus is helping companies visually, to interpret how they want to look, communicate visually and reach their audience.

She has worked on projects from Marsh to Bell Labs here in Indiana. Sheila is interested in the final form, the final product the client ends with. Like the annual reports she made for Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis for ten years, she would travel with the photographer to tiny communities in Michigan or Indiana, or larger ones, like Detroit, to get the right shot.

Sheila has always enjoyed thinking visually. In fact, she was accepted into RISD, not for all the drawings she submitted, but for a photograph of her first snowman…he was standing on his head.
